What this site is
ICMN is a free loan EMI calculator, built and maintained by Viking Media Labs, a digital and advertising agency based in Kochi, Kerala. It is not a lender, a broker or a fintech company, and nothing here is for sale.
We built it because the calculators on most bank websites are slow, heavy with advertising and awkward on a phone — and because the numbers people actually need, the total interest and the effect of prepayment, are usually buried three screens down.
How the calculators work
Every calculator uses the standard reducing-balance EMI formula that Indian banks and housing finance companies apply. The computation runs entirely in your browser: no loan amount, rate or tenure is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
Where the numbers come from
Rate ranges are compiled from lenders' own published rate cards and checked monthly. Every page shows the date its rates were last verified. We are not affiliated with any bank listed on this site, and no bank pays for a listing or a rate placement.
How the site is funded
The tool is free and we do not sell your data. If advertising is added later it will be clearly labelled, and it will never influence a rate range or a recommendation.
